Or the other way is using OPL Manager Latest Update on Version 19.0

Download OPL  Manager here : 

OPL MANAGER V.19

Install on Your PC

Connect Your External Hard drive 

Open OPL Manager 

Choose Setting 

Choose Change Mode/OPL Folder

Choose browser and pick path that your hard drive connected ex: F: or G: then click Save button

Wait until Game list Showing up

Click Batch Actions and check list all then click start to download cover art....

Done... Congrats you had all cover art 

If 1 or 2 game didn't download use manually on click manage art

then click on bottom right search google images...
